1- In addition to the coursework, each participant engages in a social class project over the course of 9 months with the objective of making a positive contribution to society. The Social class project has a positive effect on the overall class spirit and allows participants to directly apply the knowledge and methods taught in class.
2 - Designed to promote innovation, the Entrepreneurial Project (EP) is a central element of the ESSEC & Mannheim EMBA Program and spans the last 9 months of the program. The scope and content of the project is determined by participants. It tests their strength in adapting to an unfamiliar environment and helps them to fully explore the breadth and depth of their abilities, both functional and social.
3 - A team of professional coaches match and continuously tailor modern coaching techniques to the needs of each participant. Following participants individually and in teams they guide them in assessing and building on their own strengths, values and potential.
